What will you do?
As an Independent Cook, you are responsible for preparing high-quality dishes both independently and as part of a team. You work according to recipes and tight planning while contributing to an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:
• Independently preparing quality dishes in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Working according to recipes, guidelines, and strict time schedules
• Contributing creative and innovative ideas for new dishes and improvements
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment together with your colleagues
• Cleaning kitchen equipment and workspaces according to HACCP standards

What do we expect from you?
• Completed SVH Chef training or equivalent (minimum MBO working and thinking level)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of HACCP and social hygiene regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Stress-resistant and able to perform under pressure
• Creative, motivated, and eager to learn
• Good command of the Dutch language is required
